The Saanich Adult Education Centre (SAEC) is here to serve the Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum, and Pauquachin communities as well as many others. We are part of the W̱SÁNEĆ School Board and we offer numerous courses and programs to serve the local community including early literacy programs, adult upgrading, post secondary programming, onsite childcare services and a hot lunch program.
SAEC is home to a variety of programs that serve to meet the needs of the individual student – ages 15 and upward; with a strong focus on Young Adult achievement (Adult Dogwood), as well as Adult Education (Upgrading), Acquiring Course Requirements for College level Career Programs, Early Literacy programs, Post Secondary Programming and SENĆOŦEN Language opportunities.

The SENĆOŦEN Master Apprenticeship Program
The Master Apprenticeship Program, which is made possible by the First Peoples Heritage, Language and Culture Council, has provided a means for us to learn SENĆOŦEN language through an immersion setting with fluent speakers of the language.
Education
